In the charcoal kiln, a stack of wood piled up and covered, the so-called charcoal kiln, is heated up inside so that the wood contained in it burns to charcoal. The Köhler serve as shelter for sheltering simple huts, which are also called »Köthe«. The ladder is needed to fire the coal pile from the top. With this kit, a charcoal burning on the edge of the forest can be perfectly represented. Additionally included: benches and woodpile. The cabin has a timber frame and a panel of real wood.
