The static model is a replica of the German Panzer II. The tank was designed as a training tank and produced by MAN in 1934. Due to delays in the Panzer III production, the Panzer II was even used as the main tank and saw service primarily during the invasion of Poland in September 1939. By 1940, 1100 Panzer II tanks were manufactured. The chassis of the Panzer II was later used for several self-propelled weapons. The TAMIYA model kit version stands out for its precision and attention to detail.

Detailed model kit in 1:48 scale
The high-quality kit from TAMIYA must be assembled independently.
The self-assembly process is guided by a step-by-step or illustrated assembly manual. The assembly manual is, of course, included in the delivery.
Based on the assembly manual, the accurately fitting individual parts must be assembled. The parts can be painted according to personal preferences.
Tools, glue, and paints are not included in the delivery of the plastic kit. These must be purchased separately if needed.
