In October 1989, the new flagship of Toyota, the Lexus LS400, made its debut. The vehicle is powered by a 3,968 cc DOHC 8-cylinder aluminum engine, delivering a power output of 250 hp. This power is made possible by the 4-speed automatic transmission, which is the reason for its brisk acceleration. In addition to fabulous acceleration, the most advanced 4-valve disc brakes, aided by the Anti-lock Braking System, ensure safe driving and braking. Alongside the technical specifications, the interior is noteworthy, featuring fine-grained leather and California walnut.
