The kit for this crumbling townhouse is executed absolutely realistic. The weathered façade with the crumbling plaster and the underlying masonry is as convincing as the ruined tile roof with broken roof beams and view of the brick fireplace and the wooden floor of the storage. Windows partially hammered. Real wood parts, already finished colored. In addition: sales posters for the »rehabilitation case« and bags with »debris« for decoration.

By a stable, zusammensteckbaren substructure, which is covered with the cut and colored parts, the assembly is particularly simple. Additionally, only a craft knife and model glue (e.g., Busch 7599) or all-purpose glue (e.g., UHU® Kraft) are required.
