Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without stating a reason.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us by means of a clear email declaration of your decision to revoke this contract. If you wish, you may use the attached sample revocation form.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send notification of your intention to exercise the right of revocation before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. The refund will be processed using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise explicitly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged for the processing of this refund. We may refuse to refund the payment until we have received the goods back, or you have provided us with proof that the goods have been returned, whichever is earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is deemed to be met if you send the goods before the expiry of this fourteen-day period. You are required to bear the immediate costs of the return.
You will only be required to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to a handling of the goods that is deemed unnecessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Pre-ordering / reservations
For all items offered in advance for a down-payment of €25.00, all down-payments without exception will be withheld, not rebooked and not refunded in the event of cancellations.
Exclusion from the right of revocation
Certain items are completely excluded from the right of revocation. If an item is excluded from the right of revocation, you will see information about this in the respective item description.
